







OTL Wellness & Recovery Retreat on Douglas Lake

This summer, we're creating an intimate wellness and recovery retreat designed for those craving space to slow down, breathe deeply, move intentionally, eat beautifully, and reset from the inside out.
Hosted at Chris Johnson's private home on Douglas Lake in northern Michigan, this intentionally curated experience combines restorative movement, chef-prepared nourishing meals by Registered Dietician Kristen Brogan, nervous system support, and peaceful lakeside living.
To preserve the restorative nature of the retreat, attendance is limited to just 8 guests, including 3 couple accommodations and 2 individual retreat spots.
