I like the product. I am disappointed that I've ordered and re-ordered several times, but that the system shows I have no loyalty points/discounts. Even worse, I sent in an inquiry about this, and it was never responded to. Now I am being asked to do a survey - so you can reach out to me when it's in your own interest, but when I have an inquiry, I am ignored. Your product is good, but not cheap. Why not offer properly track loyalty credits?
