How To: Cacao is best consumed in a powder or nib form. Because cacao is the raw unprocessed form of dark chocolate, it tends to be very bitter and is best consume when added to other foods. Simply add 1 tablespoon to your oatmeal, cereal, top on homemade banana ice cream, or use in place of cocoa powder or chocolate chips in baking. Cacao nibs are also delicious in a dried fruit and nut-based trail mix.

Cacao Nibs Are Delicious!

I having been adding cacao nibs to my morning oatmeal now for about 3 months and absolutely love them. It’s great to have something that tastes so good be contributing so much to my good health. Would recommend this product to everyone.
