Chris Johnson is a nationally recognized speaker and author. He is the founder and CEO of On Target Living, a wellness consulting company that helps organizations achieve fitness goals and increase efficiency. He regularly speaks to businesses on the health and wellness strategies needed to infuse energy into their lives and increase productivity in the office. Along with speaking and consulting, he also offers health programs and one-on-one coaching. Chris holds a master's degree in exercise physiology from Michigan State University and certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise, along with over 16,000 hours of one-on-one personal training.

In your sessions our Health & Fitness Coaches will work with you to create a plan specifically designed to help you overcome those barriers and ways to live a life of balance, energy and vitality.  

Through your On Target Living Health & Fitness Coach you learn the most effective ways to EAT REST MOVE. Unlike "trainers" our Coaches not only help you with your fitness goals, but also help you learn how to maintain a proper diet, by teaching you what foods to focus on and those to avoid.  Also your Coach will help teach you techniques to adequate rest and rejunvenation, which many people who are trying to become healthier simply overlook.
