How Much Exercise Is Enough?

In order to see results it is important to make the time you spend working out more efficient.  When you increase your intensity and quality of your workouts you can decrease your time spent. Only have 10 minutes? Make your time count by getting your heart rate up!

Remember, there is no right way to move your body. There are endless ways to move your body including pilates, yoga, tai chi, walking, running, hiking, biking, strength training, skiing, surfing, tennis, handball, volleyball, paddleball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, etc.

Make your movement fun, fit in time to “play more” and perfect the ordinary!
