Eat small-balanced meals or snacks that provide a mix of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats every 3-4 hours. This will keep your energy levels steady throughout the day and will prevent you from overeating.
Intermittent fasting is prolonged periods of fasting and feeding. Fasting can give your body time to cleanse, digest and eliminate. We recommend you try to do a 12-14 hour fast 4-5 days a week. AKA: Sleeping. (We strongly recommend you do this fasting overnight).
This means that if you eat at 7pm, you don’t eat again until 7am. If you can, try to do a 14 hour fast 1-2 days per week. (If you eat at 7pm, try not to eat again until 9am). That will be a great way to cleanse the body, improve digestion and boost metabolism. It can also help to fight food cravings.
