I’m Kristen Johnson Brogan, Registered Dietitian, Superfood Chef, & Author of Target To Table: Healthy & Delicious Meals One Superfood At A Time, and I’m here to help you build a lifestyle that is healthy and effortless.Over these 8 weeks, I will help you to understand that in order to lose weight, get off your medications, have more energy, live happier, you don’t have to give up anything—in fact—you can have so much more! Mindful eating is not a diet, it’s a non- judgement practice of eating in a way that makes you feel healthy and happy. Most importantly it’s a lifestyle that you can trust to never change no matter what diet or food trend comes on the market.This 8 week program will be focused around a weekly theme and will be broken down into easy to consume modules containing mind-blowing content, video lessons, and food-related blogs. This program is designed for you to go at your own pace on your own time. At the end of each week, I will host a live coaching call to bring our “tribe” together to ask questions and connect on important issues.The beauty of this program is its simplicity. No more crazy, elaborate, and unpleasant dieting. You will learn what good food is, how to prepare it, and, most importantly, how to enjoy the experience.Once you sign up, I will send everything you need to know to to get started along with a special link for you to view each week’s modules and content.
