We believe that there are two big nutrients the body needs from a nutrition standpoint. That is some form of chlorophyll and some form of omega 3 fats. That means that whatever issues you are struggling with whether it be cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, gout, acid reflux, heart issues, hormonal imbalance, sleep disorders, memory, focus, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or immune-related issues like lupus, MS, or crohn’s, these nutrients should be your first line of defense. The Highest Forms of Chlorophyll & Omega 3s
The highest forms of chlorophyll are spirulina/chlorella and wheatgrass. Chlorophyll energizes, cleanses, and detoxifies the body. Spirulina/chlorella will be especially great for digestion, gut health and building the immune system. Wheatgrass will be especially high in minerals needed for better bone health, metabolism, and sleep. The highest form of omega 3 fats are flaxseeds, chia seeds, and cod liver oil. Flaxseeds and chia seeds are high in fiber and are amazing for digestion, gut health, and keeping you regular. (These superseeds contain the same nutritional make-up so you do not need to take both. Choose either flaxseeds or chia seeds). Cod liver oil contains a different form of omega 3s than flaxseeds and chia seeds called DHA & EPA which is why we recommend you consume both forms. Cod liver oil does four big things–improves heart health, brain health, reduces inflammation, and boosts your hormones including your fat-burning and sex hormones like human growth hormone and testosterone.
