Oatmeal is such a delicious and comforting breakfast during the cold months. However, sometimes plain old hot oatmeal can get boring. The good news is that whatever it is you make or eat--you can always find a way to make it even better by using quality ingredients that are full of flavor and nutrition.

Oatmeal with Color
2 cups of organic rolled oats
1 package of frozen mixed berries, thawed
2 heeping tablespoons of Cinnamon Almond PB Love
1 tablespoon cacao nibs*
Fill a sauce pot up with 3 cups of water and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add in oats and lower heat to medium. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Cover with lid and turn off heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove lid and stir in berries and PB Love Butter.
Add to a serving bowl and top with cacao nibs.
*Cacao nibs are the raw unprocessed form of dark chocolate. They can be substituted for chocolate chips, added to smoothies and cereal and are high in the calming mineral magnesium.
